Terms of service

1. I have to right to turn down any commission prior to payment
2. I only accept payments of e-transfers or usd via paypal
3. I don’t allow refunds after the client has approved of the first draft of the pet; this part of the drawing will be drawn in pencil until the client sends in the rest of the payment. After the client approves, I will complete the drawing in charcoal.
4. If you are displaying commissioned artwork online, visible credit is not required, but greatly appreciated.
5. I have full rights to use your commission as promotional work, or as a product in the future such as prints, cards or stickers
6. Your commission will be based on the photo of your pet submitted to me and will be drawn in black and white with charcoal.
